Section 1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ck344 ("ck344", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ck344 online betting and gaming platform, accessible at https://ck344.io and all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, and services (collectively, "the Platform").

ck344 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued in Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension or permanent closure of the account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals until compliance is achieved.

ck344 employs automated and manual age-verification procedures at the point of registration and prior to processing any first withdrawal. We take our obligation to prevent underage gambling extremely seriously, and we cooperate fully with any lawful request from regulatory or law enforcement authorities in this regard.

Section 3 Account Registration & Security

To access the betting and gaming features of the ck344 Platform, you must register for an individual account. Each player is permitted to hold one account only. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same bKash or Nagad number, or through any other means — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the confiscation of all balances therein.

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in all required fields. Section 4 Deposits & Payment Methods

ck344 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (Rocket), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount at ck344 is ৳200. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own daily or per-transaction limits. Section 5 Withdrawals & Processing

Players may request a withdrawal of their available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being met:

• The player's account has been fully verified in accordance with Section 2 and Section 3 of these Terms.
• The minimum withdrawal amount of ৳500 has been reached.
• All applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to funds in the account balance have been fully satisfied.
• No open investigation, security review, or fraud assessment is in progress on the account.

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit, subject to the availability of that withdrawal route. Section 6 Bonuses & Promotions

ck344 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, unless specific promotional terms published alongside the offer expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms.

Section 7 Betting & Gaming Rules

In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the decision of ck344 shall be final, subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out below.

Section 9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ck344 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension and may result in the permanent closure of the account and the forfeiture of all account balances:

1. Registering more than one account on the Platform, either individually or in concert with other persons.
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at the time of registration or during any subsequent verification process.
3. Using a payment method that is not registered in your own name, or using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or disputed card or mobile money details.

Section 10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ck344 Platform — including but not limited to the ck344 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of ck344 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ck344.

ck344 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond ck344's reasonable control may result in temporary Platform unavailability. ck344 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise any such interruptions and to notify players in advance of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ck344's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

Section 13 Account Termination

You may close your ck344 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, ck344 will process any outstanding verified balance to your registered withdrawal method, subject to all applicable verification and AML requirements being satisfied. Your account will then be deactivated. Please note that requesting account closure does not constitute self-exclusion; if you wish to self-exclude for problem gambling reasons, you must specifically request self-exclusion.

ck344 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

Where an account is closed by ck344 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at ck344's discretion. Where an account is closed for any other reason, ck344 will return the verified account balance to the player through the registered payment method.

Section 14 Amendments to Terms

ck344 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, ck344 will provide players with at least 7 days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform and/or via email to the registered account address. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any obligation) may take effect immediately upon publication.
